About Us

Legacynhustle began with something simple yet deeply meaningful—time with my mother.
During her chemo sessions and doctor’s visits, we would pass the hours doing puzzles together. It wasn’t just about filling the time; it was about connection, laughter, and a quiet joy in finding the next word or piece.

As I talked with my aunts and uncles, I realized this wasn’t just our thing—it was a family thing. Puzzles became a way for us to gather, challenge each other, and share moments of fun, no matter our age or skill level.

Because I’ve always loved coloring, I added that element too. I can still picture myself as a little girl on the back porch, coloring in the sunlight, then running inside to proudly show my grandmother, “See, I finished it! Do you like it, Grandma?” That sense of pride and creativity has never left me.

Faith is at the center of everything I do. As a graduate of New Psalmist Baptist Church Discipleship School, Class of 2016, I believe that scripture is essential for guarding our hearts and minds. That’s why I weave faith-based verses and gratitude prompts into my books—to remind us to thank the Lord for His wonders and His hand of favor, even when life feels heavy.
